Hey you all! I received this NEW PLEDE of ALLIGIANCE. It was written by students in Arizona because we are no longer allowed to say the pledge or pray in School.I would love to hear what you all think of this pledge and this issue!

Now I sit me down in school

Where praying is against the rule

For this great nation under God

Finds mention of Him very odd.

If Scripture now the class recites,

It violates the Bill of Rights.

And anytime my head I bow

Becomes a Federal matter now.

Our hair can be purple, orange or green,

That’s no offense; it’s a freedom scene.

The law is specific, the law is precise.

Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice.

For praying in a public hall

Might offend someone …

Sign up in the youth hall to be an Usher, a Chalice Bearer, a lay reader and a host of other things. Participate in either service. This is a time to show the parish just how much a part of the ministry of this church we the youth are!

Hey all!

The rumor of my demise is greatly exagerated. It is true that I went to the ER on Sunday becuase my ear was bleeding and I had a horrid headack. I am much better now that we know I can’t tolerate the supplement Cromium which I’d been taking for about two weeks. I am fully recovered and we are on schedule for the week!

Don’t forget - if you want to go to REMIX (THE BEST EVENT OF THE YEAR!!!!) you MUST let me know by FRIDAY!!! If you are going on a mission trip this summer this event is especially important for you - talk to me about a HUGE scholarship.
