Spring at the Lake is Next Friday and Saturday (April 27-28) and I just found out there has been a reduction in the cost of the weekend!!!! Now it is $50.00!!! (Scholarship still available with the asking!)

Join us for a night of fun and games, and a Saturday of awesome work projects and outdoor adventure.

Not sure about whether summer camp is your cup of tea (or Starbucks) this is a great opportunity to see our AWESOME summer camp and take a look at all the summer activities camp has to offer!

Hey All,

Just a reminder that this Sunday is the Sunday Brunch! If you want to participate and raise money for summer missions, please sign up on line and show up this Sunday at 8:00am. We will be making breakfast tacos and serving from 9:30 – 11:00am. Hope you can join us! (Confirmation class will still meet from 8:45 to 10:45am)

Also, please sign up on line by 4/25 for Spring at the Lake. This is an overnight retreat to our camp! We will be leaving at 5:30 on Friday and returning to the church Saturday around 7:00pm. It promises to be a fun weekend!

The DDYC invites all 6th - 12th graders to SPRING AT THE LAKE! This years theme “DO SOMETHING”

Friday April 27 - Saturday April 28th at the ALL SAINTS CAMP

Friday night’s program will include Bible study, camp games and activities. Saturday we will “DO SOMETHING” as we help prepate our camp for summer by doing work projects like trail hiking and clearing, dock painting, and cabin clean up. There is so much fun stuff to do, come join us!

When: April 27th - 28th
Time: leave church at 5:30 return to church by 7:00pm
Cost: $65.00 per person (scholarship available)
Packing List: bible, registration form, sleeping bag and pillow, wash cloth and towel, toiletries, comfortable clothes, closed toed shoes, nalgene water bottel, insect …

Remember 30 Hour Famine? And all the fun we had! Well this event will be similar but better!

We will be looking at some of the same issues we did for the 30 Hour Famine, only we will be looking at them in our own backyard.

Activites for the day inclued:
Service Project, scavenger hunt, behind the “norm” tour, Bible Study, Missions information and more fun!

Members of the New Orleans mission trip from Church of the Apostels will be joining us for this event, so come and see your summer missions friends.
