Well despite a late afternoon rain storm life at camp continued as normal yesterday! Campers went on paddle boat races, captured and learned about bugs, tie dyed shirts, and competed in a flag football game! It was a great - if muddy afternoon!
Today our lesson was on the 4th promise of our baptismal vows - I will seek to serve Christ in all persons, loving my neighbor as I love myself. Students spent their morning “serving” …
What a day we had! Yesterday was full of laughter and new friends. The lesson of the day was all about making good choices and relying on the Spirit of God to lead us into right choices. The girls gave the boys cabins a run for their money but in the end it was a boys cabin that won! However, our very own Sara Rae Sonom dominated in the greased watermelon contest! Covered head to toe Crisco she rose from the water victorious and exuberant!
The evening ended with an awesome instructed Eucharist by Fr Bill and we were reminded of two important things: 1) God doesn’t look to our pasts but to our present and future with hope and love 2) We were transformed by our baptism because …

All Saints camp is soooo much fun! This year they have added repelling, a huge water blob, paddle boats, funyaks, and a ton of other stuff to their activities. It has been a ton of fun to see the campers repel down the cliffs and paddle out on the lake!
We have also been learning all about the 5 promises of baptism! Today we talked about the first promise which is: We will continue in the Apostle’s teaching, in the breaking of bread and in the prayers. We learned today that reading …
